For the first five years after your purchase from our e-commerce site, we provide complimentary repairs for any issues related to wear and tear.
- Shipping fee: During this period, you will only be charged for shipping once.
- Repair process: Simply send the item to us using our repairs form. Once we receive it, we will repair and return the item to you at no additional cost.
After the five-year period, repairs are subject to a nominal fee depending on the specific repair required.
2. Gold Vermeil Jewellery Replating
We understand that gold vermeil jewellery may fade with time. To maintain its brilliance, we offer complimentary replating for all gold vermeil items purchased from our e-commerce store.
3. Repairs for All Jewellery Types
Our repair service is available for all types of jewellery. Whether it’s a delicate chain or a bold statement piece, we will do our best to restore it if the damage is not irreparable. Please download our repairs form and follow the instructions to send your jewellery in for repair.
4. Repairs for Items Purchased from Stockists
If you purchased Galleria Armadoro jewellery from one of our official stockists, repairs are still available but will be subject to a small fee. Contact our customer care team for more details regarding your repair and associated costs.
