What if my parcel gets lost?
If your return parcel appears to be lost, please contact our team as soon as possible. We recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking details until the return has been completed.

Returns within Greece are free via Geniki Taxydromiki. For returns from all other countries, return postage is paid by the customer. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage until the return is completed.
Can I make an exchange?

What if an item is faulty?
