GALLERIA ARMADORO offers a free returns policy within 14 days of receiving your order, however this does not apply to certain items of excluded jewellery, which are outlined below. Please be aware that the goods need to be sent back within 14 days and meet the requirements detailed below to be eligible for a refund.
Return items will be checked by us to confirm that they have been returned unworn and in the same condition as they were sent. Following this, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method.

- Personalised items, bespoke items, customised items and items that have been made to order.
- Earrings, for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been worn or are not in the same condition as when they were shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50 euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
