2-Year Warranty Coverage
All jewellery purchased from the Galleria Armadoro e-commerce store is covered by our 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Within this period, we offer complimentary repairs for eligible issues related to normal wear and tear, helping your piece stay as beautiful and wearable as the day you received it.
What Is Covered
Eligible issues related to normal wear and tear are covered within the first two years. Each item is carefully assessed by our team before repair.
Shipping
During the warranty period, you are only charged for shipping once when sending your jewellery to us. Once received, we assess, repair where possible, and return your piece.
After 2 Years
Repairs are still available after the warranty period. A small service fee may apply depending on the item and the work required.
Please note: our warranty does not cover lost jewellery, accidental damage beyond repair, misuse, or issues caused by improper care.
Jewellery Repairs
Our repair service is available for a wide range of jewellery styles, from delicate chains and huggies to statement hoops, rings, cuffs and bangles.
If the damage is not irreparable, we will always do our best to restore your piece. Every repair is assessed individually so we can choose the most suitable solution for the design, material and condition of the jewellery.

For broken links, clasps and everyday wear issues across necklaces, chain bracelets and similar styles.
Earrings & Hoops
Including huggies, studs, hoops and selected ear jewellery that needs expert care and restoration.
Rings
From minor repair needs to restoring everyday favourites, our team assesses each ring individually.
Cuffs & Bangles
For structural issues, wear-related fixes and finish restoration on cuffs, bangles and bold statement pieces.
If your piece can be repaired beautifully, we will do everything we can to make that happen.
Gold Vermeil Replating
Gold vermeil jewellery is designed to be worn and loved, but like all plated jewellery, its finish can gradually soften over time with daily wear.
Replating helps restore the rich golden finish and fresh polish of your piece. At Galleria Armadoro, we use our signature 1.5-micron thick 18ct gold plating to bring your jewellery back to its best.
Why Replating Matters
Daily wear, contact with skin, perfume, water and friction can gradually affect the surface finish of plated jewellery.
Within 2 Years
Gold vermeil items purchased from our e-commerce store are eligible for complimentary replating within 2 years of purchase.
After 2 Years
After the 2-year period, replating is still available for a small fee based on the type of jewellery.
