From pencil sketches to polished perfection, our new Ear Stories Collection is more than a jewelry launch — it’s a love letter to craftsmanship, creativity, and the art of self-expression through ear piercings.

Designed for all piercing lovers, from the curious first-timers to the curated-ear connoisseurs, each piece is handcrafted in 925 sterling silver and finished with 18ct gold or white rhodium plating. The collection is 100% hypoallergenic, cadmium, lead and nickel free, and REACH certified — because your ear deserves nothing but the best.

Every collection at Galleria Armadoro starts with emotion. For Ear Stories, our moodboard pulsed with the spirit of 90s jewelry trends and modern-day piercing culture. Think nostalgic shapes, soft yet edgy textures, and a visual journey through the different types of ear piercings you can style — from ear lobe piercing names to inner ear piercing inspiration.

We looked at everything: cute ear piercing ideas, classy double ear piercing placements, and double lobe piercing ideas for men and women alike. The vision was to create single huggies that tell their own story, but also stack beautifully for those dreaming of a curated double piercing look.

Once inspiration was pinned, the sketchbook opened. Our designers explored different ear piercing chart references and began rough sketching. Each line considered how the piece would complement different ear piercing names and placements. Classy cute ear piercings became our guiding principle.

From sketch to screen, the next step was CAD (Computer-Aided Design). These highly detailed 3D digital files allowed us to refine every curve and stone setting. We considered ear piercing placement and how each huggie would feel and sit on different parts of the ear.

Once approved, CADs are transformed into molds using digital wax injectors. Each design is injected into silicone molds to create wax prototypes — the step where digital becomes tangible.

These colorful wax trees you’ve seen on our social media? That’s what becomes your earring! Each part is carefully checked to ensure it reflects the intended design, from tiny textured rings to geometric silhouettes perfect for different ear peircings.

Once the wax trees are complete, they’re cast in recycled 925 sterling silver. After casting, our artisans begin the labor-intensive process of soldering, assembling, and polishing each earring by hand.

Stone setting follows. Our pavé spheres, linked hoops, and twist motifs are hand-set with tiny stones, taking cues from your favourite double piercing earrings looks. Each gem is precisely placed to enhance light, sparkle, and stackability.

After polishing, our earrings are coated with thick layers of 18ct gold or white rhodium. These luxurious finishes ensure shine, durability, and skin safety. Every huggie is lead, cadmium, and nickel free — fully hypoallergenic and certified by REACH.
