GALLERIA ARMADORO / ATHENS / WHOLESALE
For approved retail partners in the EU and United Kingdom. Updated 18 October 2026.
1. Minimum Order Value
Opening orders: €1,000 for EU accounts. The minimum for UK accounts is quoted in GBP and confirmed in the approved wholesale offer or account agreement before the first order.
Reorders: €300 for EU accounts. The UK reorder minimum is quoted in GBP and confirmed in the approved wholesale offer or account agreement.
There is no per-style minimum. Retailers may mix products, finishes and quantities to reach the minimum order value.
An opening order qualifies a stockist for the standard reorder arrangement for 12 months; account terms may be reviewed at the end of that period. Existing stockists continue under their previously agreed arrangements unless updated in writing.
Area exclusivity is not automatic and remains subject to territory availability, retailer fit and continued purchasing.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before dispatch unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Approved established accounts may be offered Net 30 terms at Galleria Armadoro’s discretion.
New accounts are not automatically eligible for credit terms.
3. Shipping
Shipping is charged separately and is not included in the wholesale price or minimum order value.
EU orders are shipped by tracked courier. Shipping is charged at the applicable courier rate.
UK wholesale orders are supplied DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) when DDP is confirmed on the accepted quotation or final invoice. For an agreed DDP shipment, Galleria Armadoro arranges import clearance and the applicable import duties and taxes. Freight is charged separately; any exception to DDP must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.
Wholesale shipping is calculated separately and may not appear at B2B checkout; its cost is confirmed on the final invoice. Wholesale shipping is not complimentary. Galleria Armadoro does not add a margin to courier charges.
Wholesale packaging may be charged separately where applicable. Display stands supplied to approved stockists as part of the agreed store setup are complimentary.
4. Delivery Timing
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.
Pre-order or made-to-order items are dispatched according to the delivery date confirmed at the time of ordering.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the retailer may request a split shipment; any additional courier cost is charged separately.
Any material delay will be communicated promptly.
5. Returns & Claims
Wholesale purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to unsold inventory or change of mind.
Claims relating to damaged, defective or incorrect goods must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, together with supporting photographs and order details.
Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, credit or refund at Galleria Armadoro’s discretion.
Products damaged through handling, storage, display or normal wear after delivery are not returnable.
Pre-order, customised or specially produced wholesale items are non-returnable except where faulty.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
6. Wholesale Ordering & Access
Wholesale access is available to approved retail partners only.
Following account approval, retailers receive access to Galleria Armadoro’s current wholesale assortment and market-specific pricing.
Orders may be placed through the approved wholesale ordering channel or, where agreed, by purchase order or directly with the Galleria Armadoro team.
Wholesale access and pricing are confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
Galleria Armadoro may review or withdraw wholesale access where an account becomes inactive or no longer fits the brand’s retail positioning.
7. EU & UK Pricing
EU wholesale prices are quoted in EUR, excluding VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated according to the buyer's verified tax registration, delivery destination and applicable law.
UK wholesale prices are quoted in GBP via an approved account-specific pricing arrangement or by the Galleria Armadoro team. The treatment of UK import VAT and duties follows the confirmed DDP quotation or invoice.
Freight is excluded from wholesale product prices. Qualifying intra-EU B2B orders may be zero-rated only where all relevant VAT and documentation requirements are met. Any other applicable taxes, duties or charges follow the confirmed invoice and delivery terms.
Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) are provided for guidance only; authorised retailers remain free to determine their own resale prices.
Galleria Armadoro may review wholesale pricing periodically. Confirmed orders are honoured at the price agreed at the time of order.
