INGREDIENTS
1 sweet potato cut in quarters
1tbsp neutral oil such as grapeseed
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp white miso
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 spring onion
sesame seeds
PREPARATION
- Toss the sweet potatoes with some oil and roast about 45 minutes at 200C
- Mix miso, tahini and vinegar till combined.
- Spread the tahini sauce on a plate. Place the sweet potatoes on top. Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds.
