1kg Greek anchovies (gavros)8 cloves of garlic thinly sliced1 tsp dried oregano1/2 cup vinegarS & PEVOO
- Wash the fish a place in a pan.
- Add garlic, dried oregano, vinegar and EVOO.
- Add salt - very little- and white pepper.
- Put in the oven at 200C for 30 mins.
