My grandma's Greek anchovies recipe

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1kg Greek anchovies (gavros)
8 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup vinegar
S & P
EVOO

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the fish a place in a pan. 
  2. Add garlic, dried oregano, vinegar and EVOO.
  3. Add salt - very little- and white pepper.
  4. Put in the oven at 200C for 30 mins.
