1. Sale and customised pieces are not eligible for returns. It is clearly stated on the returns tab on each product's page and on the returns policy page.
2. I can assure you that we DO NOT use photoshop on our products. What you see is 100% what you get. This is why we encourage our customers to reach out to customer care through whatsapp, video call , email or live chat to see their cart items IRL.
The item's measurements as seen in the model picture and as stated in the product description is 18mm x 7mm . What we encourage you to do, is measure the item you got. I am sure the measurements will be correct.

We take great pride in the quality of our product and services and customer satisfaction is something we are obsessing over. This is why it hurts when a customer , like yourself, had an unpleasant experience.
